At this stage of my life, after many years of hata yoga, vinyasa yoga and all that, I feel this kind of practice is the most beneficial for my overall wellbeing, although somatic yoga, however kind and gentle, can also be quite challenging from an emotional perspective, at least for me. And that's precisely what I like most of it. Thank you so much 💓

Hi Paula Very nice. I like this practice where there is time to reflect on each movement. I was down with a flu so didn’t get to do yoga yesterday. Listening to to your voice makes my day bright. Have nice week!
