40min Therapeutic Yin yoga to alleviate overwhelm | soothe & ground | focus on hips & spine

A 40min therapeutic yin yoga practice to alleviate feelings of overwhelm that starts seated with a self-soothing touch practice and then moves into yin poses such as half-dragonfly, shoelace and reclining deer. The practice uses optional breath work to cultivate steadiness of mind and to encourage shifting into a parasympathetic state, for deep restoration.
