Good morning from Concord,NC. Great work for the core...thinking about "Tapas" this morning..fire in my belly to stay focused and disciplined through all distractions. Twisted lunge...woo. Took a knee on one side and took the full expression on the other. Disciplne, focus and ahimsa. Have a great day.
