I loved this practice. It soothed my tight hips and low back while giving me the encouragement to start writing my first book, which I’ve been putting off for 20 years. Thank you, Paula.

Thank you for this wonderful practise! 🌷Just what I needed after a day at work where I felt quite bad in my mind and with my body aching at the end of the day. I now feel that I've taken care of myself and my heart has softened. I also had good company on the mat so I took a picture😊

I had never done the breathing with my arms over my head. It felt very good. My shoulders didn’t hurt as they always do in this position. Question: when we breathe faster, is it still IN-OUT, IN-OUT each time?

I'm glad your shoulders are feeling a bit more ease. The focus for the kapalabhati pranayama is on the exhale breath, the inhale breath will just happen automatically. So in answer to your question, it is still in-out each time but your focus is on the exhale and the inhale should happen on its own. xx p

The decluttering of our home, to let go of my attachment to things and my hoarding tendencies. I wish for our home to be free from the clutter and to reflect a calm and peaceful space. Thankyou Paula for motivation to action. ☮️💖
