I got through again, a few modifications, but you have got me doing a vignassa practice at home - will try to make sure that I stick with it. Thank you 🙏

Well done Gabby! That really is an achievement, and continue to modify as much as you need to - absolutely about making it work for you ❤️

Really loved this practice! I only managed to do this today, as I was a bit under the weather and tired for the past few days. Nevertheless I kept going with the challenge everyday by choosing a practice that was more suitable for my body. It’s so great that I can find here anything that I might need to support my physical and emotional state. Thank you Paula!

I like that some patterns are familiar with a few twists. I find the daily practice so useful for the strength to shovel snow and the practiced calmness that is useful on the pickleball courts. My view during practice today is my snow coveredbackyard in Pennsylvania, U.S.A..

Thank you for the feedback Chris, and for sharing this photo. I've been thinking of those in the states at the moment with the snowy conditions - it is going to be 43 degrees here today (I think this is 109 fahrenheit) so the absolute opposite!

Heartfelt thanks Paula! I am amazed by how far you have bought us (well, me anyway) with the way you have gradually introduced slightly more advanced techniques each week. My nocturnal pain has all but gone thanks to this few weeks of yoga practice. So many other benefits too!

My body was feeling good today so I had a lot of fun with some harder variations, while also being aware of when to step back. To anyone who is about to start the practice and is reading my comment, don't be afraid to try a variation, even if you fail. I definitely did a few times, but I laughed it off and kept moving. I hope anyone in the USA is keeping warm, and anyone in Australia (including you, Paula) is keeping cool. Namaste 🙏
