Dear Paula, I wanted to share this practice with my niece. I looked for it on Youtube but it seems as there are only up to no. 5 from the Illuminate Challenge on Youtube. I just joined today. I did the 1st 5 days from youtube and decided it was a great day to become connected to a beautiful and accepting community of humans. This was a most welcomed practice. As a yoga teacher, it is often not easy to find a soul that connects to your own, to have your own yoga practice to nourish every part of you. Today's practice is just what I needed to settle in and be guided back "to me". So peaceful, so spiritual, so connecting. I am accepting of who I am and will continue to grow. Thank you Ms. Paula.
