Full body free your shoulders yoga flow | 25min

A 25min full body yoga practice that particularly focuses on mobilising and opening up through the shoulders. This practice starts seated and then moves into a whole body flowing sequence, including postures low lunge (anjanayasana), extended side angle (utthita parsvokanasana), trikonasana (triangle) & malasana (garland), many of my favourite classic postures!

We skied in the fun, soft spring snow yesterday. This practice is EXCELLENT for a post-skiing stretch for the whole body but especially for the shoulders, chest and upper body. It’s hard to find a true post ski yoga workout, it has taken me several years but I’ve finally found my go to practice now. Thank you Paula!
