Guided sleep meditation for deep restful sleep & letting go | 1 hour practice

Gently lull into a deep, restful sleep with this 1 hour meditation that uses visualisation to calm the mind and encourages the nervous system to switch into restoration and letting go, creating the conditions to allow your whole body to let go and find rest. This practice is 30min of a guided meditation, followed by 30min of gentle ambient music.
