Illuminate 30-day yoga challenge | Starts 1st January 2026

Only a few more days before 'Illuminate' the 30-day challenge starts on 1st of January 2026, I hope you will join me. The yoga practices will range from 25min to 1 hour, with the average session being approximately 30-35 minutes. My hope is that this 30-day challenge can support you to: 🔶 Develop a daily home practice 🔶 An opportunity to deepen into your own heartfelt intention and connection to what is important 🔶 Take a deeper dive into the tools of yoga & mindfulness as strategies that can support you to connect & listen to the wisdom of your embodied experience, awaken, let go & allow the light within you to shine bright Please let me know if you have any questions and make sure to sign up to my newsletter to receive further information & daily email reminders during the 30-days: https://substack.com/@paulalay (must press subscribe to receive emails - choose the 'free' option) If you have any trouble signing up to substack, sign up for newsletter here: https://www.yoginimelbourne.com/join

what video(s) do you recommend for very tight hips, hamstrings, quads, glutes and the occasional lower back pain. "Yoga to release the hips & hamstrings (15min)" has been helpful, but I'd like a longer session(s).

Hello Kurt, thank you for being here! I would have a look at the following playlist to find some practices you want to try: https://ahimsa.theclubb.co/collection/hips Let me know how you go and if you have any trouble finding something suitable xox p

Hello Paula, I'm joining the Illuminate challenge late, but that's ok! I didn't finish the 30-day challenge and during the holidays did almost no yoga, sadly. But I'm back and decided to restart on this new challenge. Any advice on which is best: 1 start at beginning and be a week behind 2 try to catch up by doing 2 per day for awhile 3 skip some (if so which ones). I know it doesn't really matter that much but still interested in your point of view. Also, can you tell me how/where to sign up for your substack email reminders? I couldn't find easily how to do so. THANK YOU. Happy New Year. Kellie

Hi Kellie, welcome & thank you for being here! I would encourage you to start at the beginning and work through 1 practice at a time to make it sustainable. However if you would like to just jump in and join us from where we are up to now (Day 8) that is also totally fine and you can go back to the start at a later date. I think either way is fine - whatever feels most motivating. Here is the link to subscribe to substack: https://substack.com/@paulalay (select the 'free' option) Let me know how you go xox p
