Wonderful practice - more energizing than I was expecting, but my whole body feels ready for the day now. Do you have any other videos that integrate the toe stand or other foot and ankle flexibility or strengthening?

Thanks Nicole, there are a few - might be handy to create a separate category to make it easier to find but here are a couple: https://ahimsa.theclubb.co/video-post/foot-ankle-strengthening-balance-movement-break-10min https://ahimsa.theclubb.co/video-post/full-body-yin-yoga-for-stress-relief-with-music-40min-pranayama-unwind-deep https://ahimsa.theclubb.co/video-post/movement-medicine-feet-hips-spine-20min Hope this helps (might be worthwhile saving the ones that you enjoy) xx p

Beautiful, thanks. Any tips on how to be disciplined enough to do daily practice as if it's like daily cup of tea?!! I always feel great after doing yoga but nonetheless have trouble doing it every day, or at least almost every day!

Hello Kellie, thank you for being here and practicing :). How to make yoga a daily habit is a really good question! Some tips would be: - Look at your schedule and pencil in when it makes the most sense for you to have a practice (i.e. morning before breakfast or before dinner?) - Set yourself a realistic goal of how many times you would like to practice (I think starting with 3 -4 x per week is pretty good but feel free to tweak this to suit your schedule) - Use the practice calendar that is available here on ahimsa or create your own playlist of practices that you know you enjoy and that are the length that works for you (5-15 minutes of yoga on some days is absolutely fine - a little bit is better than none) - Be kind to yourself with the knowledge that habits take time to build but with small, consistent effort, it can start to feel the practice become an integral part of your life Have you tried the 'Awake heart' 30-day challenge? This can be a good way to be inspired to practice everyday and provide you with a sense of a journey. I'm hoping to offer another one of these really soon and will create a few more curated challenges so keep an eye out for those. Hope some of this helps and let me know how you go xox p

Toe stand's a rough one for me but I breathed through and this turned out to be such a good practice, especially on the shoulders. Thanks, Paula!

It really is Carolyn, good on you for sticking through that tough beginning (while also knowing it is your practice so full permission to always adapt as needed!) and thanks for taking the time to practice xox Paula
