Hi Paula, this is my first practice since the 30 day challenge. I love it. I have a question regarding the calendar practices and the challenge practices. I notice you didn't mention the intention in this nice short one. Is that something we can just fit in ourselves wherever we want, at the beginning of any practice or is it best to follow a different series of practices. Thank you!
