This 20min yoga practice is focused on gently cultivating and building energy. The sequence starts with a Viloma pranayama (breath) practice, transitions to a gentle movement sequence focused on the upper body and then ends with with repeating a variation of the Viloma pranayama. A great practice to start the day to set a tone of lightness and ease.
